SGB consults to government on the management of strategic issues. The partners offer clients years of consulting experience and the hands-on experience of directing governmental agencies and commissions as well as owning and managing businesses.

• Development of strategic plans that include implementation of reorganization and restructuring strategies and the forming of public/private partnerships
• Consultation on mobilizing community participation in long range, strategic, and infrastructure land use plans
• Provide representational, public affairs and trade consultation services to foreign governments. Coordinate trade missions and conferences, and manage advocacy programs to support trade policy.
